Jong Sun Choi is the Head of the Intellectual Property Practice Group at DR & AJU LLC. He specializes in Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, Criminal Defense Litigation, General Civil Disputes, and Blockchain technology. His extensive experience includes serving as a judge on the Patent Court and as a member of the Subcommittee on Patent Law at the Korean Intellectual Property Office.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Choi has held various judicial positions, including 16 years as a Judge at the Intellectual Property Department of the Seoul District Court, the Patent Court, and several district courts across South Korea. Additionally, he has contributed as a member of the Civil Mediation Committee at the Patent Court and as an arbitrator for the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board. Mr. Choi provides expert advice and representation to a range of prominent clients, including Posco International, National Health Insurance Corporation, Korea Gas Corporation, Kumho Tire, Seoul National University R&DB Foundation, NHN Commerce, SR, Union Korea Pharm Co., Ltd., and WoojungBIO Inc.
