Stephen Kinker

ABOUT

Prior to becoming the head of Risk Intelligence, Steve was a senior U.S. intelligence officer who served in various intelligence positions with the Department of Defense. He was selected as a Defense Intelligence Senior Leader (DISL) in 2006.

He has been the Director of the Combined Joint Intelligence Operations Center, Assistant Chief of Staff C2, Combined Forces Command, Republic of Korea (ROK). In this capacity, he provides oversight and daily direction for over 70 U.S. and ROK personnel conducting all-source, multi-spectrum intelligence operations ranging from Indications and Warnings to future estimates.
