Job description

At D&A, the Corporate Security Support Manager, responsible for corporate security matters and coordinates with the physical security manager and cyber/IT Security element, defines, leads, and coordinates the rules to be applied to security-related issues and then checks that these rules are being properly applied both in the field of general security and information systems security.

This position reports to the Director, Security Program.

Summary of Duties:

  • As an individual contributor, manages the protection of people, property, and information from malicious intent of any kind:
  • Nationally or internationally,
  • Inside or preventively outside the Group (advice to partners, checks on service providers' security level, etc.)
  • Designs, coordinates, checks, and assesses organizational, human, and technical measures and resources
  • Ensures that regional, national, and international regulations are applied, as well as contractual obligations
  • Enforces the security program while at the same time remaining attentive to any needs and difficulties encountered
  • Applies security policy in compliance with D&A procedures

Defines, implements, and checks protective measures and resources to reduce vulnerabilities

Job requirements

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree
Experience: 7 years of similar experience within a manufacturing environment in an international setting

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) products

Other Skills:

  • Good basic knowledge of the types of threats, and security and cyber defense strategies and technologies
  • Thorough command of the process to analyze the context, threats and vulnerabilities
  • Experience in project management
  • Good organizational and management skills
  • Integrity and exemplarity in all circumstances
  • Ability to develop and maintain the status of trusted consultant and be able to persuade and explain issues in readily-understandable terms
  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • Efficiency and practicality
  • Receptiveness and ability to work independently and as a team member

Additional Preferred Skills: (not required)

  • Experience in Aerospace & Defense
  • Bi-lingual ability to communicate in English and Korean
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
