David Walsh

ABOUT

David is the Vice President of Security Operations for D&A Advisory. David manages international security projects and threat management for our global clients. 

David Walsh is a retired senior Diplomatic Security Special Agent and a senior security leader with an accomplished record in developing and managing comprehensive security programs for the U.S. government. David managed security at regional field offices for U.S.-based programs and abroad at U.S. diplomatic missions in various threat environments to support mission-critical operations. In addition, David has had several special security assignments to strategically vital posts worldwide. He possesses extensive experience in planning and managing Executive Protection operations for senior U.S. government officials, as well as visiting dignitaries to the U.S., in a diverse range of security environments. Adaptability to the location, culture and Principal are hallmarks of David’s experience with Diplomatic Security. David further administrated complex security programs comprised of government, military, civilian, and corporate personnel and interests in coordination with host country officials. He also has experience supervising hundreds of personnel, overseeing budgets and, anti-terrorism measures, and advising to senior officials on security matters.
